Production & Shipping

• Turnaround Time: Each piece is handcrafted to order. Our current production time is 7-8 days plus shipping time.

• Safe Arrival: We ship every order with extreme care and full tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package heads out.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are custom-made just for you, all sales are final. * Pro Tip: Please review our color and font charts carefully before purchasing to ensure you love your selections!

• Questions? We are here to help. Please message us with any questions before placing your order.

Damages & Shipping Issues

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace or refund it. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and shipping box so we can file a claim with the carrier.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an item is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. For lost or stolen items, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

Handmade Artistry

Since every item is designed by hand from start to finish, slight variations in placement or sizing may occur. These minor differences are a testament to the handmade process and do not take away from the beauty or quality of your unique piece.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my item dishwasher or microwave/freeze safe?
No. Items are not microwave/freeze safe. To preserve the artistry of your piece, hand-wash only. Every order includes a "Product Care Card." Please use mild soap and lukewarm water. Do not soak or scrub design. Gently pat dry with a cloth.

Will the glitter/sprinkles flake off?
Not at all! Our glitter is professionally sealed using non-toxic adhesives The finish is delicate—avoid dropping or picking at the design to keep it looking perfect.

What is the design made of?
We use premium, outdoor-grade durable vinyl. It is waterproof and designed to stay intact through regular hand-washing.

When will I receive my order?
Our standard lead time is 7–8 days before shipping. Most items ship and are received between 3–5 business days, though carrier delays may occasionally occur.
