Refund policy
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
All items purchased are custom made and are therefore non-returnable/refundable. Please refer to the color charts before purchasing your product to ensure you are happy with the colors you chose for both glitter/fonts.
IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:
If any of your purchased items are damaged while being shipped to you, we will replace or refund. If this happens you will need to contact us NO LATER than 3 days after the product has arrived. IN ORDER For a REFUND/REPLACEMENT we will need a photo of the damage as we need to file a claim with out shipping carrier as soon as possible.
INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS/STOLEN PACKAGES:
We will not be responsible for incorrect mailing address that is provided. It will be the buyers responsibility to message us with any address changes BEFORE shipment - if there are any missing/returned items due to this, it will be the buyers responsibility for replacement/reshipment fee's.
We also will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages that show on the tracking that the item was delivered to the address on the shipping label. Any lost/stolen items once delivered will be the buyers responsibility to contact their local carrier for further assistance in retrieving / filing a claim regarding the issue.
